The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, especially Kiki at the club reception. having immediate access to a shopping mall and the Mong Kok East MTR station was a game-changer for transportation, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The hotel's dining options, including a delightful cake shop, added to our overall experience.
