We loved the hotel’s stellar location just down the side of Buckingham Palace, making it easy for us to explore that end of the city. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, like chocolates on our pillows and kids' robes provided, which added a personal touch to our experience.
