The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and city center. Our room was clean and cozy, with a soft bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with plenty of fresh fruit.

We loved the super friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, particularly by heating the reception area during the chilly weather. Our room on the 5th floor was incredibly cozy, with a soft bed that made it hard to leave! The hotel's location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the bus station and close to charming spots around the lake. Breakfast was delightful, featuring plenty of fresh fruit, and we appreciated their help in arranging our return bus tickets.
