The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and a beautiful beach where we loved listening to the waves crash. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering dining assistance and providing excellent service. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a short distance to the city.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms and grounds is impressive, giving the entire resort a spa-like feel. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a huge jacuzzi tub in the room that made me feel pampered. The location in the preferred area provides easy access to the amazing beach. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with my ocean front suite being spotless and beautifully maintained. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with spacious pools and a stunning beach that offered calm and warm waters. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation via golf buggies. the best aspect of my stay was the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience.

The staff at this hotel are incredible and really made a difference to my stay. The entertainment team provided a wide range of activities and games to keep guests entertained, such as giant chess and billiard football. The two large pools had plenty of loungers and the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The food options were diverse and the breakfast variety was amazing. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were exceptional. The location was convenient and close to Secrets Akumal. The entertainers, as well as the hostesses at the World Cafe, were all friendly and welcoming.

The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. The cleaning crew were also very nice and respectful. The hotel decor was tasteful and warm, just as shown in the pictures. The beach was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of palapas and comfortable sun beds. The food at the restaurants was excellent, and the service level was very high with great attention to detail. The spa facilities and service were superb. The hotel also had great communication with guests, providing daily updates on events and weather.
