The cleanliness throughout was impressive, and the spacious room felt like a junior suite, beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond, particularly Karolina and the friendly barman, who made me feel truly welcomed. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the lake was a highlight, and the easy access to the ski lifts made my trip convenient and enjoyable.
