I had an amazing time at the hotel. The front desk managers Umberto, Susan, and Luis were very polite and understanding. They were as helpful as they could be, even though they were not empowered to make decisions themselves. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the rooms to the facilities. The homemade jams and spreads in the breakfast bakery basket were a delightful touch. The pool was beautiful and perfect for lounging. The ceviche for lunch on the beach was delicious, and the dinner options were unlike anything I've had at home. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel location was fantastic, right on the beach with no sargassum. The staff were passionate and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food at both the main restaurant and the beach was excellent. The hotel design was cool and the rooms were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the daily free yoga classes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the center of town within walking distance. The hotel facilities were beautiful and high-end. The cleanliness was impressive. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were incredibly kind and accommodating.
