The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. The location had great access to a convenience store and convenient shuttles to the gondolas. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of local and international dishes, ensuring I started each day on the right foot. Plus, the ski locker and rental facilities on-site made gearing up for the slopes a breeze.

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety and opened early, allowing us to hit the slopes first thing. The transportation options were excellent, with regular shuttles to and from the Welcome Centre, making it super convenient to access nearby shops and the onsen area. the warm and inviting communal lounge was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of skiing.
