We loved the hotel's excellent location, just steps from the stunning West Lake, making our morning walks a delight. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to provide helpful advice. the buffet breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the location right across from the West Lake offered beautiful morning walks. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Grace from the Front Office and Sky at the Concierge, who provided us with excellent advice. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and found the entire place to be impeccably clean.
