We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, from the valet parking attendant who assisted us with our bags to the cheerful desk clerk who lent us an umbrella for our rainy walk. The room was comfortable, with a unique feature of a light-weight comforter and a heavier quilt, perfect for couples with different preferences. We also enjoyed the comfortable pillows and bed, as well as the option to open the windows for fresh air. The location was excellent, with quick access to multiple subway stations and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet, clean, and well appointed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a full business center, Starbucks in the lobby, and a spacious gym with cardio equipment and free weights. The location was fantastic, with the subway just one block away and plenty of shopping options nearby. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond by even storing our bikes for us.
