I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the valet, were phenomenal and incredibly friendly. The hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and ice-cold A/C. Plus, the location was perfect, just a few blocks away from restaurants and shops.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge in the room. We enjoyed exploring the area as the hotel was in a great location with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The service was outstanding, and we appreciated the special perks like free parking, free in-room Wi-Fi, and access to the SPG members lounge.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed, clean facilities, and a stunning view. The hotel also had great amenities, including a delicious breakfast, a night club, and a pool area. We were impressed by the convenient location in downtown Charlotte, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Desiree at the front desk who quickly resolved an issue we had. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel, especially Stephanie, made me feel welcomed and ensured my stay was enjoyable. The valet service was prompt and the door service was excellent. The coffee provided was awesome. I also had the good fortune of being one of the special guests of the day, which came with great perks like free valet parking, evening appetizers, and breakfast the next morning. The view of the skyline from my room on the tenth floor was spectacular.
