We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown attractions. The view from our room was amazing, and we were even upgraded to an executive suite. The pool area had a great view of the city as well. The staff was friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. The Club lounge on the 27th floor was a highlight, with amazing service and complimentary food and drinks.

The staff, especially the bellman Patrick, always remembers me and is very helpful. The hotel facilities are clean and inviting. The location is convenient and close to the skybridge. The breakfast is excellent.
