We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, especially Pak Tubagus, treated us with warmth and care. The convenience of being adjacent to Gandaria City Mall meant we could easily enjoy shopping without stepping outside. Breakfast was another highlight, with a fantastic variety and attentive service from Mr Azhar and Mrs Wijayanti, making our mornings delightful.
