We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and the hotel facilities, as our room was spacious, luxurious, and recently renovated. The staff's friendliness—from the concierge to the breakfast team—made us feel welcomed and at home, especially during the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fresh options. The location was perfect for exploring; we enjoyed leisurely walks to nearby attractions, including the Japanese Embassy.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel; the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome immediately. The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk across Green Park to Buckingham Palace, and it also offers easy access to central attractions. The breakfast was absolutely delightful with a wide variety of options, well worth the extra cost.
