I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, with amazing staff who spoke excellent English and were consistently polite. The cleanliness was impressive; everything felt brand new. I loved the location, being just a few steps from the tram stop and a supermarket, making it easy to grab snacks. The onsen and spa facilities provided a wonderfully relaxing ambiance, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch, so be sure to arrive early!
