The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Youssef, who went above and beyond to cater to my needs and ensured I felt right at home. the hotel facilities, including the two beautiful pools and hot springs, provided a relaxing environment, making it hard to leave. The location was perfect, just a short distance from town and various attractions, allowing me to explore everything I wanted with ease.
