The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options, including sausage, eggs, and bagels. The staff, especially Sue at the front desk, was kind and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had a luxurious shower. The hotel's location was convenient, with fast food places within walking distance and easy access to the highway.

The location was perfect, in a nice neighborhood and close to the Great Smoky Mountain Train experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and newly redone.
The staff, especially Jordan at the front desk, were friendly and helpful.
The hotel had great facilities, including a large shower, mini fridge, microwave, and a good selection of DirecTV channels.
The breakfast was delicious, with options like eggs, sausage, bagels, and waffles.
Linda, who attended the breakfast area, was incredibly nice.
