I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, as it was really close to the Shinsaibashi shopping area and the subway, making it easy to explore. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations, and I found them to be quite spacious and comfortable. the staff was friendly and attentive, which enhanced my overall experience.
