The check-in was quick and easy, offering a choice of floor. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the TV was fantastic. Everything was clean, and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Staff were helpful and nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, with plenty of towels and accessories. The walk-in shower was a great feature. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, and the service in the restaurant was excellent. The server was friendly and great, and the food was good. The dinner was reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. The hotel staff, including Thomas at the front desk and Eric and Michael in the food department, were all friendly and professional. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to Carowinds park and near the interstate. this hotel offered clean rooms, great food, friendly staff, and a convenient location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in south Charlotte. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I wanted to get to in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel extremely welcome. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was available even on weekends, which was a pleasant surprise.

We loved the whole new remodel of the hotel. The girl who checked us in on the 4th floor was amazing and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and pillow spray that made us instantly fall asleep. The breakfast buffet had delicious options and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel's location near the interstate was convenient for exploring the area, including Carowinds and downtown.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, making our experience hassle-free. The bed in our room was comfortable, and the large TV with a good selection of satellite channels was a nice bonus. The hotel property was beautiful and clean, with a gorgeous lobby. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to Carowinds park and provided easy access to uptown and other areas of the city. Additionally, there were restaurants nearby for us to enjoy.
