We had an incredible experience at the hotel, as the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit nearby restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the cleanliness and exceptional facilities, especially the stunning onsen that offered a perfect relaxation atmosphere. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious, a great start to each day!
