I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to many sights on foot and the convenience of the nearby cable cars. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the city and the bay. The restaurant had a great selection on the menu, and the buffet breakfast was top-notch, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a gym and included services like water and coffee. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall. The staff, particularly Tony and Jorge, provided consistently exceptional service. it was definitely worth the price, and I would love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, slightly off the beaten path but close to China Town Gate and Union Square. The design and layout of the hotel were clean and modern. The gym had well-maintained equipment.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was excellent, with a trolley bus passing right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was really nice, especially the a la carte avocado and egg on sourdough. The hotel had great facilities and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing - very friendly, responsive, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the option to text for any requests, and they were always quick to respond and fulfill our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly liked the choice of pillows and the double blinds in our room, giving us the perfect combination of light and darkness for a good night's sleep. The location was also ideal, being situated at the cross-paths of two cable-car lines, making it convenient for us to reach downtown and explore different parts of this city.
