The staff was caring, pleasant, and very helpful, especially at check-in. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of central Reykjavik and its shops, bars, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's transportation options, as the bus stop was just outside the door.

The best aspects were the fabulous breakfast with a wide range of options, the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us, and the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. The location was also great, just outside the main area but still within walking distance to all the major attractions in this city. We were able to enjoy the quiet surroundings and take advantage of the nearby restaurants and delis. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From the receptionists who helped us find our misplaced cards and licenses to the friendly servers in the restaurant, everyone provided exceptional service. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with bus transports conveniently located right across the street. We also loved the fact that it was just a short walk to the main shopping streets, city museums, and the old harbor for our whale watching trip.
