I had a great experience at the hotel. The location was perfect; it's just a 10-minute walk to Gran Via and 5-7 minutes to two metro stations. The cleanliness was impressive, and I loved the spacious room. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
