The hotel's shuttle service was fantastic, making our transportation to and from the airport hassle-free. The staff at the reception were efficient, ensuring a quick check-in process. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, we found it convenient to have bars within a short walking distance on Lake Grapevine, perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling.

We loved the convenience of this hotel. It was very close to everything, including dining options and Main Street Grapevine, which has numerous shops, cafes, and a great farmers market. The hotel provided transportation right on time to take us to the airport in Dallas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location, especially for our overnight stay near the airport. The shuttle service provided early in the morning was a great perk, as it made our travel plans much easier. Additionally, having a fantastic restaurant nearby was a pleasant surprise. While the hotel is a bit far from Dallas, we managed to make the most of our short stay by taking a JFK tour, which was absolutely fantastic. Although there is no train line, we found taxis readily available for our return journey back to the hotel.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and entertainment options. The hotel was conveniently located for easy access to the airport, eateries, and shopping. The courtesy bus driver, Jimmy, was friendly and provided excellent transportation service. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the hot waffles. The staff, including Megan the night clerk and the morning clerk, were wonderful and very helpful. The pool was clean and well-maintained, impressing even my 7-year-old son.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The shuttle service was a bonus, conveniently allowing me to reach both DFW airport and nearby stores and restaurants. The location was perfect for attending the Wine, Beer, and Art Street Fairs in this city, with bars just a short walk away.
