the location was fantastic and just a short walk from the station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Shinjuku and Shibuya. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond, offering helpful services like package handling and onsen etiquette guidance. the cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities, especially the unique onsen with its fizzy water, provided a relaxing experience after long days of sightseeing.
