We had a fantastic experience at the hotel since it was very clean and provided all necessary amenities. The location was perfect as it was only a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore shops, museums, and historical buildings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a good selection.

The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke English, which made my experience much easier since I speak very little German. The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance to various attractions and great restaurants, not to mention the nearby tram stations that made commuting a breeze.
