We loved the hotel's location in the heart of Jing An. It was close to shops, eateries, and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Breakfast was delicious, and Carol in the executive lounge was incredibly attentive.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially during check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having both a bath and a shower. Plus, the complimentary Nespresso machine was a nice touch for my daily coffee fix.
