The staff members were exceptional, always attentive and friendly, which made me feel truly valued. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide selection of local Andean dishes and fresh juices that set the perfect tone for the day. the hotel’s facilities, especially the heated indoor/outdoor pool and spa, made for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.

The cleanliness was impressive, making our stay extra comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the attentive staff, especially Luci at the bar and Antony and Karina at the restaurant, made us feel truly welcomed.
