I was genuinely impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and its stunning location in the organic garden, which beautifully complemented the landscape. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a wide variety of exceptional choices, while the staff's warmth and professionalism made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The facilities, including the gorgeous pools and inviting spa, were noteworthy as well.

The staff members were exceptional, always attentive and friendly, which made me feel truly valued. I was particularly impressed by the delicious breakfast featuring local Andean dishes and fresh juices, as well as the inviting indoor/outdoor heated pool. The ambiance was serene, allowing for peaceful moments by the gardens where I enjoyed nature.

The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide selection of local Andean dishes and fresh juices that set the perfect tone for the day. the hotel’s facilities, especially the heated indoor/outdoor pool and spa, made for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.

We loved the beautiful setting of the hotel by the peaceful river, which complemented the stunning design features throughout the complex. The cleanliness was impressive, making our stay extra comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the attentive staff, especially Luci at the bar and Antony and Karina at the restaurant, made us feel truly welcomed.
