I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially with the cleanliness of my room, which was impeccably maintained daily. The location was also a huge plus, as it was conveniently situated near various attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the staff, particularly Patrick, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, providing prompt service and assisting with transportation when necessary.

The location is ideal, only a short drive from Cumberland Gap National Historic Site, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the staff, especially Patrick, were incredibly accommodating, offering help with transportation and additional requests like extra pillows.
