The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the free ice cream in the evenings and the nice onsen facilities, including a sauna.

The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the concert venue and transit options, allowing us to explore conveniently. The staff stood out for their warm hospitality, especially the team member who helped us with reservations and directions. Plus, the free soft-serve ice cream every evening was a delightful surprise!
