I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and common spaces were nicely decorated, and I particularly loved the size of my room. I was also lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a terrace, which was absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to downtown Richmond and the atmospheric Tobacco Company, where I was going to see a band play. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with excellent facilities, including parking and transportation options. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff throughout the hotel were professional and attentive.
