the staff was exceptional, especially the concierge and reception team, including Estelita, Maria, and others. We also loved the hotel’s location, being very close to the British Museum, making our exploration effortless. the breakfast was a delightful start to our days, featuring a variety of options that catered to all tastes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the location was superb, as it’s within walking distance to Oxford Street and Covent Garden. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Jose and his team, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities, including the charming bar and outdoor terrace, were delightful.
