We loved the fantastic location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore the charming shops and get to the Christmas markets. The breakfast was impressive, offering a delightful buffet with plenty of choices to fuel our mornings. The staff were exceptionally helpful; their friendliness significantly enhanced our experience, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room, which had a stunning view of the castle, truly set this hotel apart.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, where the staff were outstanding and very attentive. Our King Deluxe room was spacious, clean, and had a luxurious feel, which made our stay very comfortable. The parking was reasonably priced, and the location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the lovely swimming pool.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel, as the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The location was perfect, just a short walk to key attractions, and my room was clean and beautifully appointed with a stunning view of the castle. I especially enjoyed the breakfast; the cappuccinos were delicious, and I appreciated the overall ambiance in the elegant Peacock Alley.
