We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, with the crisp linen and well-stocked tea trays that included hot chocolate being a delightful touch. The staff stood out for their friendly demeanor and exceptional service, particularly the lady from New Zealand who went above and beyond to assist us. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the many attractions nearby, and the breakfast with bottomless tea and coffee was a fantastic perk to start our day.
