We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff treated us with utmost hospitality throughout our stay, even going above and beyond when our car wouldn't start. The front desk staff were thoughtful and made us feel special. The location was excellent, with great restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious Italian marble shower. The hotel facilities, including the lobby, spa, pool, and restaurants, were all excellent. Housekeeping was top-notch, even providing us with cold bottles of water during turn down service.

It was great being close to the charming bars with live piano players and blues singers. The hotel facilities were top-notch - clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful in all situations. I also loved the breakfast and the delicious food at the nearby restaurants on Meeting Street.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Charleston. The rooms were spacious and elegant, with a large and beautiful bathroom. We loved the abundance of electrical plugs in the room and the complimentary chocolates on the bed during turn down service. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown near great restaurants and shopping. The staff, especially Nick at the Club Lounge, were incredibly kind, helpful, and funny. The indoor/outdoor salt water pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed sitting by it on hot days. the hotel had excellent cleanliness, facilities, and friendly customer service.
