We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, as everything from the lobby to our room was immaculate. The staff went above and beyond, providing top-notch service and thoughtful recommendations, especially for nearby transportation options. We loved the location, being just a short walk to the E train, which made exploring a breeze. The facilities were excellent, particularly the lounge area where we enjoyed delightful drinks and the relaxation service at the spa was exactly what we needed to unwind.
