The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. The room was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and even a lovely terrace with a fantastic view. The complimentary coffee and tea available added a nice touch to my experience.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, as the location was incredibly central, making it easy to explore historical sites and the main shopping area. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the powerful shower and fast internet. The rooftop area provided a perfect spot to unwind with a drink while enjoying the view, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
