The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Vera, who ensured I was comfortable after I had an issue with my room. The room itself was modern and clean, with a very comfy bed and great facilities like a coffee machine and kettle. The breakfast spread was delicious and really kickstarted my days!
