The location of this hotel is fantastic, right by Lake Eola and within walking distance to everything in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is exceptional, with the staff always keeping it clean and smelling refreshed. The staff, particularly Ms. Keisha, were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth operation for the guests. The hotel also has a semi-private balcony, perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the location was great! The outside of the building had a cool and unique design, and some common areas were decorated in a fun style. We especially appreciated the water in the lobby and the selection of breakfast foods in the morning. The best aspects were its cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to panera, and the friendly staff. No issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The balcony and patio were stunning, and I loved enjoying the view of Lake Eola. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel provided the best smelling soap I've ever used. I also appreciated the complimentary beverages and the friendly and polite staff. The location was perfect, with the hotel being right across the street from a beautiful park. It was also conveniently close to downtown and the Amway Center, making it the ideal spot for exploring the city.
