I was truly impressed by the hotel’s cleanliness and cozy atmosphere, as the rooms were well-appointed and the bed incredibly comfortable. The staff demonstrated professionalism and warmth, making me feel valued from check-in. I also appreciated the location, which is just a short walk from the stunning Avon River and nearby cafes, allowing me to easily explore the vibrant city center. The dining experience was delightful, with excellent food and a fantastic drink menu, including a standout Martini.
