I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. The room was small but comfortable, and the hotel was well-maintained. I loved that it was a smoke-free facility, which was a huge plus for me. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I wanted to do and see, including the falls and the Canadian skyline. The hotel facilities were great, and the included breakfast delivered to my room was substantial and delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with spotless rooms and fresh linens. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful lounge on the 19th floor that provided an incredible view of Niagara Falls. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the parks and restaurants. The staff, especially Doug, the manager, were incredibly attentive and paid attention to every detail. I was also impressed with the breakfast they provided, it was delicious and varied each day.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The lobby was stunning, and the customer service was truly top-notch. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly loved the spacious and clean room. Plus, the location couldn't have been better. I could easily walk to everything, including the breathtaking American Falls. The convenience of having private parking was also a big plus. And let's not forget the delicious hot breakfast that was served. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff. It was conveniently located near the whirlpool tub and the Visitor's Center. Additionally, it was in close proximity to the Niagara Culinary Institute, offering a great dining experience at a reasonable price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The shower was great, and we loved the fact that robes were provided. The pillows were comfortable, and the front desk lady was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful and even recommended a great place for dinner. Additionally, there is a viewing room at the top of the hotel that offers a breathtaking view of the city.
