The hotel was spotlessly clean and had great facilities. I particularly liked the comfortable and nicely appointed room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to arrange a shuttle for me. The location was perfect for exploring downtown entertainment and visiting the Wadsworth Atheneum. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a solid option.

The room exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and spacious layout. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I was also impressed with the accommodating staff who fulfilled my special request for a bathtub. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The valet parking service was great and the onsite bar provided a nice atmosphere. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, the cozy and comfortable vibe of the entire hotel, and the generous size of the room with modern accents and conveniences. We also appreciated the overnight parking options and the proximity to the Amtrak station. Manny, the valet car park guy, and Janine, the breakfast manager, were especially lovely and welcoming.
