We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, especially Keith, provided amazing customer service from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of everything, with a Publix nearby and easy access to transportation, including trolley stops that take you directly to the beach along the boardwalk. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. We will definitely return to this hotel for future stays in the Hollywood area.
