I loved the hotel's location in the upscale Yorkville neighborhood, where all the French designer labels have stores nearby. The staff, especially doormen Michael and Rob, were exceptionally friendly and always made me feel welcome. I was also impressed by the cleanliness throughout, as my room and bathroom were immaculate and well-organized at all times.

The spacious rooms provided a peaceful retreat, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helping us with restaurant recommendations and plans for our visit. We particularly enjoyed the heated bathroom floors and the complimentary chocolates that added a thoughtful touch to our experience. the location was fantastic, with outstanding restaurants just a short stroll away.

I loved the hotel's excellent location for exploring shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was pristine and spacious, and I loved the luxurious bathroom with heated floors. The amenities, like the gym and the pool, were fantastic for relaxation.
