I had the most comfortable beds I've ever used in an American hotel. The female wait staff at breakfast were warm and motherly, offering a great breakfast with lots of choices. The valet staff were excellent and the reading room was cozy and quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for my visit to UPenn, as it was in a great neighborhood and close to the trolley stop, making transportation to the city center and 30th street train station convenient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary items I could order from the iPad in my room. The staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
