I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The Lanai room by the pool was amazing, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The location in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by craftsman style mansions was perfect for a relaxing staycation. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the bar had a nice waiting area. I had a fantastic experience on the Langham Club Level.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every inch of the property was well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the activities like badminton and mini golf for kids. The location in an "exclusive" residential area was perfect, with stunning architectural masterpieces all around. It was also conveniently close to both the Huntington Gardens and the Norton Simon Museum, which were the main sights I wanted to visit in this city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel facilities, including the tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center, and spa. We particularly enjoyed the spa, which was one of the best we've ever visited. The staff provided excellent service, with no pushy promotions and inclusive tipping. The breakfast at the Terrace restaurant was delightful, with a wide selection of delicious food. And the location couldn't be beat, nestled in upscale Pasadena and conveniently close to the rest of Los Angeles.
