I had a great experience at the hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro and tram stations. I enjoyed the facilities like the gym and the convenience of free laundry machines. Plus, watching Netflix on the HDTV was a nice touch!
