We loved the hotel’s prime location right next to Universal Studios. It was just a quick walk to the park entrance. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was right across from all the food options at CityWalk and very close to the theme park. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a spectacular view. Breakfast had a huge variety and the facilities were excellent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my family feel very welcome, especially with the kids around. The presence of a Lawson's store in the hotel was also a huge bonus for grabbing snacks and drinks for our busy days.
