I loved the cleanliness and friendly staff at the hotel, and the amazing mountain views were just breathtaking. The location is perfect for visiting local attractions like Tongariro Crossing and Whakapapa skifield, plus there’s easy parking available. The room was cozy, heated well, and offered Netflix for a relaxing evening.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the rooms were impeccably clean and surprisingly warm, even as snow blanketed the outside. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to Mt Ruapehu for skiing and other outdoor activities. I particularly appreciated the on-site restaurant and bar, which provided a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of adventure. The staff treated me like family, taking care of everything and ensuring I had a memorable experience.

We loved the location. It’s close to Whakapapa and other attractions. The cleanliness in our room was impressive. The breakfast spread was solid, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The drying facilities were a great bonus after a day in the snow.
