I absolutely love the hotel’s prime location near Hyde Park, making morning walks incredibly refreshing. The staff has improved tremendously; both Mohammed and Abdullah were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay. I also enjoyed the fantastic service at the hotel restaurant, with Kelly, Kasun, and Win being particularly attentive and welcoming.
