We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was beyond lovely and made us feel very welcome. They were polite, helpful, and respectful. The rooms were always clean and felt like a home away from home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the rooftop cafe and quiet area where we could relax and escape the busy city. The hotel's complimentary car service in a Rolls Royce was a fantastic touch, and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of major shopping areas and numerous upscale restaurants, which made it very convenient for us to explore the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived at the airport, the service was top-notch. A friendly greeter met me at the luggage carousel and took care of my bags. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, from the elegant hallways to the relaxing spa area. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff, particularly Emi, who I believe is the new addition to management from the Beijing location, was professional and accommodating. The location was perfect, within a few minutes walk or drive from all the central Beverly Hills offerings. I was also happy to see that the hotel offered parking and transportation options. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
